BaeX events are Bae HQ meetups organised by BaeX Ambassadors in their own city.
Three formats
Every BaeX event is one of three. Pick the one that suits your city and the people in it.
Coffee
A morning or an afternoon in one café. The easiest to arrange and the easiest to say yes to.
Drinks
An evening in one place. Best when you want people to stay a while and talk properly.
Walk
A meeting point and a route. Conversation moves as the group does, and nobody is stuck in one seat.
Every ambassador starts with these three. Lead them successfully and build the trust to run dinners, firesides and panels.
How it works
You run your own schedule, with at least three events a year.
Every event is listed on the central Bae HQ calendar.
Where the format allows, the Bae HQ team joins on screen.
What we ask of ambassadors
- Act responsibly and appropriately at all times.
- Make your local community feel welcomed.
- Report back to us post-event for us to assess.

Who can apply
- BaeX is open to Bae HQ members.
- You must have deep knowledge of startups to act as an authority.
- You must be well trusted by others within the community.
- You must align with our brand and ethos.
- You must have built a relationship with us.

Applications are made through a form in the members area. Successful applicants are onboarded by the Bae HQ team.
