We are careful about who we work with to ensure both good value alignment and working together is the best use of our resources.

Our job board is only for jobs posted on LinkedIn from companies where the founder or a co-founder has appeared on the podcast. This way we can automate it and it needs minimum time from our limited resources. We get lots of requests and it's fairer to keep the same rule for everyone. You can however promote it through our WhatsApp group which members can join from our Members Area.

We do not have capacity to help everyone within the community individually for free.

If you want to share real value to our community, we'd love to have you! Our niche is people in the startup ecosystem who are of Asian-heritage in the UK. In founders, we have a minimum requirement of either $1m funding or $5m revenue for a product based business.

We love helping students! Where we can, we give talks to schools and university student societies and run workshops & lectures for universities.

We're a lean team and resource constrained. If we decide we need to hire someone who we don't already have a strong relationship we will advertise the role. Please do not send us speculative CVs as we won't read them. Your best bet is to consistently come to events to build an organic relationship with us.

We know the market is tough out there right now. We can't act as a recruitment company for everyone in the community. We promote jobs from founders on our podcast in our Jobs Board in the Member Area. You can apply directly to the company there. You can message in the "Self-Promo" chat in our WhatsApp group to let people know you're available. This is also in the Member Area.

We can't offer one to one help with pre-seed funding at the moment. We don't have the team size to meet the inbound demand. Please make use of all our free resources to aid you. We will be announcing a programme soon to help people at this stage.
