Brain+ is a Copenhagen-based digital health company building what it describes as the world's first scalable dementia care platform. Founded in 2012 and listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark under the ticker BRAINP, the company has spent more than a decade developing software-based interventions for cognitive decline, transitioning from R&D-led organisation to commercially-driven healthtech business.

Its flagship product, Ayla — your CST Assistant, is a UKCA-certified Class I medical device that supports the consistent delivery of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, the only non-pharmacological dementia intervention recommended in NICE clinical guidelines. The platform reduces preparation time for therapists, standardises best practice across care settings and supports staff training in CST. It is available to dementia therapists and clinicians via the App Store, Google Play and the web.

Following UK launch in October 2024, Brain+ has secured contracts with care home groups including TLC Care, Majesticare, Park Homes UK, Southcare Homes and Oakland Care, alongside a partnership with Copenhagen Municipality covering up to nine elderly daycare centres. The company also achieved DTAC certification confirming Ayla meets NHS data protection and clinical safety standards. Devika Wood was appointed CEO in April 2025, succeeding co-founder Kim Baden-Kristensen who continues as Strategic Advisor.
