CHAOS builds a single workspace for the people who make records: artists, producers, songwriters, engineers and their teams. A track can pass through many hands before release, and the work tends to scatter across messaging apps, file transfer services and phone notes, with credits easy to lose along the way.

The product combines messaging, file sharing, version history, feedback, share links and lossless live writing rooms, on iPhone and the web. Underneath sits a provenance layer that fingerprints each contribution and keeps a record of how a project developed, so collaborators can see who did what. Music is the starting point, and the company says it plans to apply the same model to creative collaboration more broadly.

Founded by Ruhan Verma around 18 months before its first round, CHAOS has grown to a six-person team across London and New York, opened a London office with an in-house studio and built a waitlist of more than 15,000 creators ahead of its public launch on 29 October 2026. In October 2026 it raised £1M in pre-seed funding led by Bridford Group, with Amuse and angels from the music industry taking part.
