Ooodles is a UK-based Device-as-a-Service platform giving small and medium-sized businesses flexible, affordable access to high-end laptops, phones, monitors, and other technology on a pay-as-you-go basis. Founded in 2021, the company was built to solve a persistent gap in the market: the five and a half million SMEs in the UK needing tech devices were being poorly served by either small, unscalable IT providers or large, inflexible enterprise suppliers. Ooodles flips the traditional buy-sell model on its head, allowing businesses to scale their device usage up or down on a monthly basis with no upfront costs.

At the centre of Ooodles' offering is Ooodles OS, a fully proprietary AI-powered platform that manages the entire device lifecycle — from financing and credit approvals to upgrades, recycling, and inventory tracking. The platform allows businesses to manage their entire device estate through a single dashboard, with devices shipped for next-day delivery. Ooodles also provides insurance, device recovery, and an employee leaver programme. The company has achieved a 96% customer retention rate across over 200 SME clients.

Ooodles has raised over £2 million in seed funding and is expanding internationally, having launched in Ireland in 2024. The company has grown its customer base threefold year-on-year and is positioning itself as the default flexible IT procurement platform for the European SME market.
