evoluteIQ Raises £15.4M to Scale Enterprise AI Automation Across Europe
Author:

evoluteIQ, the London-based enterprise AI automation company, has raised £15.4 million to accelerate its growth across European markets. The round includes investment from Dahlgren Capital (DCap Select), Nordea, PH Ventures, and Round2 Capital.

Founded in 2017, evoluteIQ helps large enterprises automate complex, document-heavy business processes using AI. Its platform combines intelligent document processing, process automation, and AI-powered decision support to help organisations in manufacturing, logistics, financial services, and healthcare eliminate manual work from high-volume workflows.

The company has established a strong commercial footprint in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the UK, and counts large corporates among its customers. Its go-to-market model combines direct enterprise sales with a consulting-led approach that helps customers identify, design, and deploy automation programmes at scale.

The participation of Nordea, the Nordic banking group, reflects both a strategic interest in AI automation for financial services and the company’s growing presence in Scandinavia. Dahlgren Capital’s involvement brings sector-specific expertise in scaling B2B software businesses across Northern Europe.

CEO Sameet Gupte and his co-founders have positioned evoluteIQ as a practical, deployment-focused alternative to the broader hype around enterprise AI — a company that measures itself by the hours of manual work it eliminates rather than by the sophistication of its underlying models. The £15.4 million raise will fund product development, the expansion of evoluteIQ’s European team, and entry into new industry verticals.
