Noah, the London-based stablecoin payments infrastructure company, has raised a £12M ($16M) seed extension from Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital and a group of angel investors, taking its total seed funding to $38M (about £28M).
Sending money abroad still runs largely through correspondent banking, where a payment hops between intermediary banks and each one adds time and fees. Smaller businesses bear the brunt: by Noah’s figures, they account for just 7% of cross-border payment flows but generate 31% of what banks earn from them. Stablecoins settle in seconds, yet businesses still need a way to collect funds, pass compliance checks and pay recipients through local banking systems. Business stablecoin payments are growing fast but remain under 1% of cross-border B2B volume.
Noah sits in that gap. Its API lets a company accept local currency, convert it into stablecoins, settle across borders and pay out through domestic rails such as ACH in the US, SEPA in Europe and Pix in Brazil, without building a separate integration for each market. The network spans more than 150 markets and over 60 currencies. Noah sells directly to businesses and individuals, and through consumer apps, fintechs, neobanks and workforce platforms that handle payments for large numbers of users. CEO Shah Ramezani says the aim is for money to move “at the speed of the internet”, with compliance checked where funds start and where they land.
Growth has been steep. Revenue for 2026 to date is up 538% on the same period last year, with monthly growth of 31%, and Noah has added more than 150 customers this year across remittances, fintech, marketplaces and payroll. Ramezani told Axios that demand ran ahead of the company’s ability to onboard clients earlier in the year, so it hired to close the gap. The extension builds on a $22M seed round in June 2025 that included LocalGlobe and Felix Capital, plus angels Joe Lonsdale, the Palantir cofounder, and David Helgason, cofounder of Unity. Ramezani runs the company with cofounder and president Thijn Lamers, who spent more than a decade at Adyen and led its global sales.
FJ Labs, LocalGlobe and Felix Capital returned for the extension, joined by Endeit Capital, whose partner Jonne de Leeuw said the firm had spent some time searching for a leader in stablecoin infrastructure. The money will go on widening Noah’s regulatory licences, hiring engineering and compliance staff, and deepening its links to local payment rails in its busiest markets. Noah is also opening a New York office as it pushes further into the US.
