Dr. Nilesh Satguru is the founder of  Dr. Satguru. He is  a medical doctor and self-mastery coach.

He began his educational journey at the University of Southampton, pursuing a BM in Medicine starting in 2006.

After completing his medical degree, he embarked on his professional career as a Foundation Year 1 Doctor at St Mary's Hospital Isle of Wight from August 2011 to August 2012.

Following this, he continued his foundation training as a Foundation Year 2 Doctor at The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he worked for 1 year and 1 month, from August 2012 to August 2013.

Nilesh then transitioned to becoming a GP Trainee at The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, a role he held from August 2013 to July 2016 for a duration of 3 years. Simultaneously, he served as a GP Registrar at James Fisher Medical Centre from August 2015 to August 2016.

In August 2016, he took on the role of GP Partner at Abbeywell Surgery, where he worked until April 2019.

During this time, Nilesh was also involved with Next Generation GP Wessex from August 2018 to May 2019.

He later became an Occupational Medicine Doctor at Occupational Health Consultancy Ltd, starting in January 2019 and concluding in May 2020.

From June 2019 to June 2021, Nilesh served as the Regional Director for Hampshire and Dorset for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

He continued his medical career as an Associate General Practitioner at Winchester GP from April 2019 to January 2022.

Additionally, Nilesh expanded his skills by becoming a Certified High Performance Coach through the High Performance Institute (HPI) from December 2020 to November 2022.

In January 2021, he founded Dr Satguru, a role he currently maintains.
