Firdavs Mirzoev

Firdavs Mirzoev is a co-founder of Ayan Capital and brings deep technical expertise from his time as Chief Information Officer at Alif Bank, the leading Islamic digital bank in Central Asia. At Alif, he built the bank's entire technology infrastructure from the ground up and also led Alif Academy, the company's in-house programming school which graduated over 2,700 students. His background spans banking system architecture, product development and fintech education.
Alongside Abdullo Kurbanov and Zuhursho Rahmatulloev, Firdavs co-founded Ayan Capital in London in 2023 to address the significant gap in Sharia-compliant financial products for the UK's Muslim community. As a technical co-founder, he has been central to building Ayan's proprietary data-driven underwriting technology — the engine behind the company's 0% non-performing loan rate — and the digital platforms that make Ayan's halal financing fast, accessible and transparent.
Ayan has raised £2.8 million in seed funding and secured a £25 million Sharia-compliant debt facility, with ambitions to expand from vehicle financing into a broader suite of Islamic financial products and ultimately pursue a UK banking licence.
