Fizel Nejabat

Fizel Nejabat is a visionary entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Performr.ai, a pioneering healthtech startup developing cutting-edge, non-invasive on-body sensors. Under his leadership, Performr is working toward a future where individuals can access continuous, real-time health and performance data directly from their phones—revolutionizing personal healthcare by mimicking blood test results without drawing blood. Since launching in late 2024, Performr has positioned itself at the forefront of personalized health technology through molecular-level biomonitoring.

Before founding Performr, Fizel was the Founder and COO of Algbra, a purpose-driven digital finance platform regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. At Algbra, he led efforts to create a socially responsible financial ecosystem grounded in education, community, and ethical innovation. His earlier career includes nearly six years at Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm, where he specialized in corporate, M&A, and tech law across London and Dubai. He also held a business development role at Obelisk Support, a legal services firm focused on impactful delivery. Across industries, Fizel has consistently driven initiatives at the intersection of technology, ethics, and societal benefit.
