Gurjit Pannu

Gurjit Pannu is a British Punjabi entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Palm, an AI-powered treasury operating system for global enterprises. With roots in the Punjabi community, Gurjit built a career spanning over a decade at some of the world's most prominent companies, managing billion-dollar treasury operations at Uber, Levi Strauss, and Remote. His hands-on experience navigating the complexities of multi-currency, multi-entity cash management across hundreds of bank accounts inspired him to reimagine how enterprise treasury teams work.
Recognising that legacy treasury systems were slow to implement, difficult to use, and unable to keep pace with the demands of modern global businesses, Gurjit co-founded Palm in 2023 alongside Christian Sobkowski. Palm's AI-driven platform automates cash forecasting, positioning, and reporting — reducing operating cash balances by over 30% and outperforming human-generated forecasts in three out of four accounts. The company, headquartered across Sweden and the Netherlands, is built to serve large enterprises with complex, multi-currency treasury needs.
In September 2024, Palm raised $6.1 million in seed funding led by Speedinvest and Target Global. Under Gurjit's leadership, Palm has onboarded publicly listed companies in both the US and Europe and is expanding its team and commercial partnerships across Europe, the UK, and the US.
