Indira Jain is a British-Indian entrepreneur and co-founder of Seikor, a London-based specialist executive recruitment platform focused on senior and leadership hiring across industries where domain expertise is rare and where conventional recruitment approaches routinely fail to deliver the quality of match that critical leadership roles demand. Jain co-leads Seikor with a focus on building the deep sector relationships and candidate trust that are the defining competitive advantage of a specialist platform over generalist alternatives.

Jain's background lies in business development, human capital, and strategic consulting, giving her a multidisciplinary foundation for the dual challenge of building both the candidate network and the employer relationships that make a specialist recruitment business work. Her experience across commercial functions has given her direct insight into how organisations think about leadership talent — what they say they want, what they actually need, and why so many senior hires go wrong when the recruiter is optimising for speed and placement volume rather than fit and long-term success.

In 2020, Jain co-founded Seikor alongside Abhay Mehrotra, building the company's model around the premise that the best executive search combines genuine sector immersion with technology-assisted efficiency. As a Director and co-founder, she has been central to shaping the company's commercial and operational identity — from the design of its assessment and matching processes to the cultivation of the candidate communities that give Seikor access to executives who don't respond to outreach from recruiters they don't know or trust.

Seikor's UK entity, Seikor Group Limited, raised £1.2 million in 2024 to develop its platform and deepen its presence in the specialised industry verticals where senior talent is most scarce and where the value of genuine expertise is most clearly demonstrated.
