Murvah Iqbal is the Co-Founder and CEO of HIVED, a London-based all-electric parcel delivery network reinventing logistics for ecommerce. Since launching in 2021 with co-founder and CTO Mathias Krieger, the company has delivered over 6.5 million parcels for retailers including John Lewis, Nespresso, Uniqlo, Zara and H&M, with a 99% on-time rate. In July 2025, HIVED raised a $42 million Series B led by NordicNinja, taking total funding to $58 million, and in October 2025 expanded beyond London into eight new cities including Brighton, Bristol and Southampton.

Before HIVED, Murvah graduated from King's College London with a degree in Development Economics and International Development, and spent her early career in venture capital and operations roles. She has spoken openly about the realities of scaling a logistics business — including taking time in 2024 to recover from burnout — and has used her platform to advocate for under-represented founders in the UK tech ecosystem.

Outside of HIVED, Murvah was previously captain of Manchester Ladies Football Club, leading the team between 2006 and 2012, and was named North West Student of the Year by the Young Enterprise Scheme. She returned to The BAE HQ Podcast in 2025 for a follow-up conversation, having first appeared in 2023.
