Philip Lam

Philip Lam is a London-based engineering leader of Asian heritage. He joined Eunice as CTO and co-founder, partnering with Yi Luo to build institutional-grade due diligence infrastructure for regulated markets.

Before Eunice, Lam co-founded Nex, an AI startup that reached Series B, and served as VP of Engineering at GoodNotes, where he built and scaled the engineering organisation as the productivity app grew to more than 30 million users worldwide. That track record of scaling consumer software at global volume now sits behind Eunice's agent infrastructure for asset-level due diligence.

At Eunice, Lam leads engineering on a platform that deploys AI agents to deliver structured, audit-ready assessments for institutions including Coinbase, Crypto.com, Copper and Zodia Custody, with capabilities now expanding into broader alternative assets.
