Rafique Nadaf is an Indian-born entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and COO of WeVee, one of the UK's leading electric vehicle salary sacrifice and leasing platforms. Holding a Sloan Masters (MSc) in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School, Rafique brings a strong commercial and operational background to the company, having previously led strategy and business development at AW Rostamani Group in Dubai and managed operations at Toyota Kirloskar Motor in India.

Rafique co-founded WeVee alongside Paul Fagan and Chad Warner, joining the company to accelerate operational excellence and strategic growth. WeVee operates as a fully integrated EV price comparison and leasing marketplace, enabling individuals and corporates to browse, compare, and lease electric vehicles through salary sacrifice schemes that can cut motoring costs by half. The platform attracts over 100,000 monthly UK visitors and has built partnerships with major automotive and financial institutions including Lloyds Banking Group, BNP Paribas, and Société Générale.

WeVee raised £5.1 million to expand its marketplace internationally and deepen its product offering.
