Ranj Gill

Ranj Gill is the Director and Co-Founder of Clearwater Developments, specialises in the development, conversion and ongoing management of a wide range of properties in the UK.

He attended the University of Sunderland.

He started his professional journey at EDS, commencing as a PMO and transitioned to the role of Defence Information Infrastructure Programme/Project Manager from 1998 to 2007.

Following this tenure, he contributed his expertise to the Home Office, where he served as a Business Change Consultant before progressing to the position of Business Change Manager,3 years and 2 months.

In August 2013, Ranj assumed the role of Project Manager at the Rural Payments Agency, diligently fulfilling his responsibilities until March 2017.

Parallel to this, in April 2011, he took on a new venture as the Director and Co-Founder of Clearwater Developments Ltd, a position he continues to hold to this day.
