Sameet Gupte is the co-founder and CEO of evoluteIQ, the enterprise-grade agentic AI automation platform headquartered in Stockholm with a major R&D centre in Bengaluru. Born and raised in India — where he was a junior rifle shooting record holder — Sameet built his career across decades of senior leadership roles in the global technology and financial services industries before founding evoluteIQ in 2019 alongside co-founders Sanjay Koppikar, Deepak Kinger, Arun Hiremath, and Naveen Prabhu.

Sameet's career before evoluteIQ reads as a masterclass in scaling enterprise technology businesses across continents. He served as Group CEO of Servion Global Solutions (a Cisco portfolio company), leading its transformation from a contact centre services firm into a customer experience and digital software platform group, and overseeing its subsidiaries Innoveo AG and Acqueon Inc. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Global Financial Services and Europe at Virtusa, driving significant organic growth and leading the Polaris acquisition. He also served as Head of Europe for Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets and holds an MBA from Stanford GSB alongside an undergraduate degree from the University of Pune.

At evoluteIQ, Sameet's thesis has been that the enterprise automation market is undergoing a fundamental shift from reactive, task-level RPA to proactive, intelligent orchestration by autonomous AI agents. The company's EIQ platform — built on its proprietary Agentic Mesh Architecture — unifies process orchestration, data integration, generative AI-assisted decisioning, and front-end application development in a single environment. It supports on-premises deployment with in-house LLMs for clients in regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare, and telecommunications, where data sovereignty requirements make cloud-only solutions non-viable.

In September 2025, evoluteIQ raised $53 million in minority growth capital from Baird Capital to accelerate global expansion, bringing total funding to approximately $73 million. The company has received recognition from Gartner in the Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT) market segment and serves clients across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America. Under Sameet's leadership, evoluteIQ has positioned itself as the integration layer through which enterprise clients access the full potential of agentic AI — a platform built not for AI-native companies, but for the complex, legacy-dependent environments where most real-world enterprise value actually resides.
