Shakeel Jivraj is the Head Of Operations at Queensway, brings teams together to create meaningful and memorable hospitality experiences for our customers.

He pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Queen Mary University of London.

He entered the professional world by joining Yum! Brands as a Franchise Owner, General Manager, and Operations Director in August 2006.

In July 2020, Jivraj transitioned to a new role as the Head of Operations at Queensway.

In April 2022, he took on the role of UK Franchisee at Logiscool Ltd.,
