Soum Rakshit

Soum Rakshit is the CEO and Co-Founder of MV.Health, a pioneering company in the field of sexual health, where he has led innovation in doctor-designed medical devices for over 11 years. Based in London, MV.Health specializes in award-winning technologies that address Uro/Gyn health challenges, including psychogenic erectile dysfunction and female sexual disorders. His work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy with focused vibration treatments, making advanced sexual health solutions more accessible and effective.

Prior to founding MV.Health, Rakshit built a strong career in management consulting, working with Deloitte, Santander UK, and HSBC. His expertise spanned operations improvement, regulatory programme delivery, and business transformation, earning him multiple accolades, including the Deloitte Limelight Award and HSBC's Excellence in Consulting Award. He is also a certified member of the Association of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).

Rakshit began his career as a research engineer at Smart Sensors, where he led the development of an iris-biometric identification system that won global recognition from Frost & Sullivan. His early experience also includes a research internship at Philips. With a unique blend of deep technical knowledge and strategic leadership, Rakshit continues to drive impactful innovation in health technology.
