Srikrishna Murali is an Indian-origin software engineer and technology entrepreneur whose career has taken him across India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He holds degrees in mathematics, computer science, and analytics from two of the world's leading institutions — Imperial College London and Columbia University — grounding his technical work in rigorous quantitative foundations.

Before co-founding LiveStockEx, Srikrishna built deep expertise in safety-critical and financial systems. At Amadeus IT Group he enhanced aviation safety platforms relied upon by airlines worldwide, and at FlexTrade Systems he led advancements in Fixed Income Execution Management Systems, introducing cutting-edge trading technologies to global markets. This background in high-stakes, low-latency systems uniquely positioned him to architect a digital exchange for a sector that had barely evolved since the 1990s.

As Co-Founder and CTO of LiveStockEx, Srikrishna designed the cloud-based, AI-driven platform that allows UK farmers to list cattle, receive real-time bids, and complete compliant transactions digitally — eliminating the cost and biosecurity risks of physical auctions. The platform's proprietary algorithms generate dynamic price recommendations and quality indices, while automated compliance reporting connects directly to the UK Cattle Tracing System. LiveStockEx raised £1M seed funding in early 2025 and has set its sights on international expansion.
