Sunny Panchal is a London-based software engineer of Asian heritage. He studied at London Metropolitan University and describes himself as an AI full-stack developer.
Panchal leads technology at Affinity Labs as co-founder and CTO. He met co-founders Edoardo Ricci and Ahmed Eltom while Antler’s London programme was running, and the three went on to start the company in 2025.
Affinity Labs co-founds consumer software products with content creators and runs them on a shared AI-driven engine. Under Panchal’s technical leadership, it has launched apps including Archives, an Islamic history app that the company says has passed 75,000 users. In October 2026 it raised a $2M pre-seed round led by Fuel Ventures.
