Tanvi Bhardwaj is a British-Indian entrepreneur and co-founder of MishiPay, the London-based retail technology company that has built one of the world's leading mobile and kiosk self-checkout platforms. She was named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 Europe list alongside Mustafa Khanwala in recognition of her work transforming the in-store retail experience for shoppers and retailers globally.

Tanvi co-founded MishiPay in 2015 and has been central to building the partnerships, product strategy, and growth that have taken the company from a single mobile checkout concept to a full omnichannel platform serving enterprise retailers. MishiPay's technology lets shoppers scan, pay, and leave using their smartphones — or purpose-built kiosks and RFID systems — eliminating queues and unlocking data-driven insights for retail operators.

Under the leadership of Tanvi and Mustafa, MishiPay has raised $17.2 million in total funding, achieved live deployments across 1,471+ retail locations in 18+ countries, and recorded over 250% adoption growth in a single year. Key retail partners include MUJI, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Decathlon, and Grandiose Supermarket in Dubai.
