Tony Xiang Chen

Tony Xiang Chen is the Founder of Fertifa, a company that offers bespoke fertility, family-forming, and menopause plans for modern businesses. Since May 2023, he has been leading the company while previously serving as Founder and Board Director from February 2022 to May 2023, and Founder & CEO from August 2019 to February 2022. Fertifa, based in London, is dedicated to providing cost-efficient and comprehensive solutions for companies of all sizes.

Before founding Fertifa, Tony worked as an Equity Research Associate at AB Bernstein from June 2018 to July 2019. He gained significant experience in the financial sector at J.P. Morgan, where he held the position of Finance Associate from September 2014 to May 2018. His time at J.P. Morgan also included a summer analyst role in 2013, further solidifying his expertise in finance.

Tony's early career includes a wealth management internship at HSBC in Xiamen, China, in August 2011. His extensive background in finance and investment has equipped him with the skills to lead and innovate in the healthcare sector, focusing on improving employee benefits related to fertility and family health.
