Vinit Gela

Vinit Gela is the Co-Founder of Unitywealth.ai (now trading as Palindrome), an AI-native platform built for leading wealth managers and private banks. A computer science graduate of BITS Pilani — one of India's most prestigious engineering institutions — Vinit began his career working on early autonomous robotics in India before pivoting to applying AI across the financial services sector. He spent over a decade working in AI, including heading up AI operations for Peak India, where he gained deep expertise in deploying large-scale AI models for banking customers.

At Palindrome, Vinit leads the technical architecture and AI delivery of a platform that helps wealth managers automate complex admin workflows, accelerate client onboarding, generate documentation instantly, and manage compliance reviews end to end. The platform uses agentic AI — orchestrated sets of AI agents that execute entire workflows rather than isolated point solutions — and integrates directly into clients' existing systems. Palindrome is already used by firms representing over $100 billion in assets and has been selected for the Microsoft and NVIDIA Agentic Launchpad programme.

Palindrome raised £2 million in seed funding to develop its enterprise AI platform and is rapidly expanding its client base across the UK wealth management sector, working with top-tier private banks and wealth advisory firms who have reported threefold reductions in time spent on client review letters and material improvements in onboarding efficiency.
