Yi Luo

Yi Luo is a London-based fintech founder of Asian heritage and a second-time entrepreneur. Before founding Eunice, she was Founding CSO at FreeUp, the consumer fintech acquired in 2019, and earlier worked as a venture capital investor.

She started Eunice in 2021 after seeing how weak disclosure standards and opaque decision-making were undermining trust in emerging asset classes. The company builds infrastructure that standardises how complex investment decisions are assessed, documented and defended in regulated markets — beginning with digital assets, where regulatory scrutiny was already acute, and expanding into broader private markets.

As Founder and CEO, Luo has positioned Eunice as a vertical AI player in regulated finance, building toward a thesis that as alternative assets scale, institutions need to demonstrate not just what they decide but how. The company has worked with Coinbase, Crypto.com, Copper and Zodia Custody, and contributed to digital asset disclosure templates through the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Regulatory Sandbox.
