Zuhursho Rahmatulloev is a co-founder of Ayan Capital, the London-based Islamic fintech company, and brings a strong background in investment management and real estate to the team. Before co-founding Ayan, he served as an investment manager at Jefferson Capital in the UK, handling portfolio management, investments, AML and KYC functions. He also co-founded Spartan Real Estate in Cyprus, where he led five major development projects, and holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, Oxford.

Together with Abdullo Kurbanov and Firdavs Mirzoev — colleagues from the Alif Bank ecosystem in Central Asia — Zuhursho launched Ayan Capital in 2023 to provide Sharia-compliant vehicle financing to Muslim drivers in the UK who had been underserved by conventional lenders. As co-founder, he brings commercial, operational and compliance experience that complements the team's deep fintech and technology expertise.

Ayan Capital has raised £2.8 million in seed funding led by Cur8 Capital, financed over £3.4 million in vehicles with a 0% non-performing loan rate, and secured a £25 million Sharia-compliant debt facility from Partners for Growth — making it one of the most significant Islamic fintech players in the UK.
