11x is an AI and automation company that builds autonomous digital workers for sales and revenue teams. Founded in 2022 by Hasan Sukkar, the company's central thesis is that organisations don't need more productivity software to assist their human teams — they need AI workers capable of performing entire roles end-to-end, autonomously, around the clock. The company's name reflects this ambition: each digital worker is designed to replace the output of 11 full-time employees across go-to-market functions.
11x's flagship product, Alice, is an AI Sales Development Representative that handles the full outbound sales cycle: identifying prospects from a database of 500 million contacts, composing and deploying personalised multi-channel campaigns, and booking meetings directly into sales teams' diaries. The company subsequently launched Jordan, an AI phone agent capable of multilingual inbound and outbound sales conversations with minimal latency. Both products integrate into existing CRM and sales tech ecosystems and learn continuously from each interaction. 11x targets mid-market and enterprise customers, including some of the fastest-growing technology companies globally.
In November 2024, 11x raised a $50 million Series B led by Andreessen Horowitz, bringing total funding to $76 million from investors including Benchmark, Quiet Capital, SV Angel, Lux Capital, and Operator Partners. At the time of the raise, the company was approaching $10 million in ARR and had received over 10,000 inbound demo requests. Hasan Sukkar stepped down as CEO in May 2025, succeeded by co-founder and CTO Prabhav Jain, as the company moved into its next phase of scaling.
