Hasan Sukkar

Hasan Sukkar is a British entrepreneur of Arab heritage who studied at the University of Exeter before building a career in product and go-to-market strategy. He previously co-founded Compose Labs before turning his focus to the future of work and the emerging category of AI-powered digital employees.
In 2022, he founded 11x — an AI and automation company that builds autonomous digital workers to replace repetitive, process-heavy roles in sales and revenue operations. His core thesis was that companies don't need more tools to enhance their teams — they need digital workers capable of performing entire roles end-to-end. 11x's first product, Alice, is an AI Sales Development Representative that autonomously handles prospect identification, outreach, and meeting booking across multiple channels, around the clock. The company subsequently launched Jordan, an AI phone agent capable of multilingual inbound and outbound sales conversations.
Under Hasan's leadership as founding CEO, 11x raised a $50 million Series B led by Andreessen Horowitz in November 2024, bringing total funding to $76 million from investors including Benchmark, Quiet Capital, SV Angel, Lux Capital, and Operator Partners. The company grew to approach $10 million in ARR and received over 10,000 inbound demo requests within its first year of operating Alice. Hasan stepped down as CEO in May 2025, with CTO Prabhav Jain succeeding him to lead 11x through its next growth phase.
