Arcube is a Manchester-based travel-tech company founded in 2022 by Prithveesh Reddy and Harvey Lowe while both were students at the University of Manchester. The idea was born from a simple observation: roughly 95% of airline passengers are infrequent flyers who never accumulate enough loyalty points to redeem anything meaningful — and airlines, despite holding vast amounts of passenger data, were doing almost nothing with it after a flight had landed. Arcube was built to solve both problems simultaneously.

The company's Passenger Intelligence Platform is the world's first post-flight solution for airline ancillary personalisation. It integrates into an airline's existing data infrastructure and, the moment a passenger lands, analyses their travel history, market data, real-time contextual signals, and hundreds of other factors to generate hyper-personalised ancillary offers — such as priority boarding, lounge access, fast-track security, or hotel upgrades — that can be redeemed against a future booking. Idle loyalty miles are converted into these tangible offers, giving passengers a genuine reason to return to the same airline. Arcube charges a 4–9% transaction fee on each ancillary redemption.

The concept was validated in a pilot with Etihad Airways, where 1,300 passengers generated $1.6 million in additional revenue and a 10.3% increase in average customer spend. Arcube raised a $1.5 million seed round in 2025 co-led by Fuel Ventures and Oxford Capital Partners, with backing from the Chairman and former CEO of Pegasus Airlines. The company has a pipeline of 14 airlines, has won the University of Manchester Venture Further Awards, holds a Turing Innovation Catalyst AI grant, and is expanding its platform to hotels, car rentals, and cruise lines.
