Prithveesh Reddy

Prithveesh Reddy grew up in India with an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age, founding and selling his first business while still a teenager. He went on to study Biotechnology at the University of Manchester, where he met Harvey Lowe through the University's AccelerateME programme. Together the two realised that airline loyalty schemes were failing the vast majority of infrequent flyers — passengers who rarely accumulate enough points to redeem anything meaningful — and set about building a solution.
In January 2022, while still 18 and in their first year of university, Prithveesh and Harvey cold-pitched Etihad Airways on their idea. Etihad agreed to a pilot and the outcome validated their model: 1,300 passengers generated $1.6 million in additional revenue for the airline, increasing average customer spend by 10.3%. Prithveesh co-founded Arcube to commercialise this concept, developing the world's first post-flight solution for airline ancillary personalisation — an AI-powered platform that converts idle loyalty miles into tailored offers passengers can use on future flights.
Arcube raised a $1.5 million seed round in 2025 co-led by Fuel Ventures and Oxford Capital Partners, with backing from the Chairman of Pegasus Airlines. The company has built a pipeline of 14 airlines, won the University of Manchester's Venture Further Awards Technology Category, and been recognised as a Tech Climber in Greater Manchester. Arcube is expanding beyond airlines into hotels, car rentals, and cruise lines.
