FAQs
How much does IncuBaetor cost?
Our IncuBaetor programme is completely free! No costs involved.
Can I apply if I don't have an idea for a product?
Yes! You can use the programme as a way to get inspiration for ideas and do the assignments based on an idea you come up with during the programme.
What are the selection criteria?
Everyone is able to take part in the programme! The programme may not be relevant for you if you're not trying to build a scalable tech-enabled product or physical consumer product however.
If you want to do the assignments and be marked, we will have greater scrutiny on your business idea and whether you're likely to take the programme seriously.
When is the deadline to apply?
The next deadline is October 12th!
Is the IncuBaetor in-person or remote?
Our programme is completely virtual except for the end-of-programme networking in Week 6!
Will there be support post-programme?
Yes, through the other public services Bae HQ offers. Those who become IncuBaetor fellows get the additional support outlined separately.
What’re the requirements to be recognised as an IncuBaetor Fellow?
To successfully complete the programme and be recognised as an IncuBaetor Fellow, you’ll need to complete and pass all of the assignments and watch 80% of the workshops.
What do I receive at the end of the programme?
Upon successfully completing the programme and being recognised as an Incubaetor Fellow, we will curate personalised introductions to three people in our network who can support you in different capacities as you build your startup.
Can I apply if I'm a student?
Yes! As long as you have an idea or a side hustle, and want to learn if you can turn it into a startup - feel free to apply!
Can I apply if I have a full-time job?
Yes! Our sessions will usually be after the working day is over. As long as you're able to make progress on the allocated assignment over weekends/after your working day - we'd encourage you to apply!
Do I need to be UK-based?
Yes, if you wish to complete the assignments. Anyone can view the content.
Do I need to be British-Asian to apply for the IncuBaetor?
No, you do not need to identify as being of Asian heritage to apply for the Incubaetor Programme. Everyone is welcome to apply!
