Ascendx Cloud is a London-based enterprise software company that acquires, develops and scales Salesforce-native SaaS applications for large organisations. Founded in 2023, it addresses a fundamental challenge facing enterprise CRM users: legacy systems and generic tools that fail to extract meaningful value from the vast volumes of customer and operational data they hold. Ascendx builds and supports mission-critical applications across sales enablement, service automation, data integration and AI-driven workflow management — all purpose-built for the Salesforce, ServiceNow and Snowflake ecosystems.

Rather than building a single product, Ascendx operates as a portfolio business, acquiring proven Salesforce-native ISVs and supporting their founders with go-to-market strategy, product engineering, security, compliance and operational scaling. This model allows enterprise clients to access a cohesive, integrated suite of specialised tools rather than navigating fragmented point solutions. Portfolio companies include CapStorm, a Salesforce data backup and recovery platform acquired in 2024, and Eposly, a point-of-sale solution for Salesforce-connected retail environments.

By 2024, Ascendx had grown its revenue by approximately 300% year-on-year, serving over 500 enterprise customers including Fortune 500 companies in banking, manufacturing and life sciences. In May 2025, the company raised $110 million in a landmark funding round led by Osprey Investors and Columbia Lake Partners — one of the largest growth-stage investments in the CRM sector to date. The capital is being deployed to expand the company's US presence, accelerate AI capabilities, and pursue further strategic acquisitions.
