Corvera is a London-based AI company building an autonomous agent workforce for consumer packaged goods brands — automating the supply chain and operations functions that consume disproportionate founder and team time as CPG businesses scale. Founded by Chris Kong, Dirk Breeuwer, and Matthew Collins, the company was born from Kong's direct experience scaling Better Nature, the UK's leading tempeh brand, from zero to over 4,000 stores before exiting in 2025.

The problem Corvera addresses is a persistent operational constraint for growing CPG brands: as order volumes increase, the manual processes of processing sales orders, forecasting demand, managing inventory, triggering replenishment, and coordinating logistics consume the time that founders and operations teams need for growth. Existing ERP solutions are typically too expensive, too rigid, or require significant implementation time to be accessible at early growth stages — leaving most fast-growing brands managing their supply chains through spreadsheets and patchwork integrations.

Corvera's platform deploys AI agents that sit on top of existing tools like Shopify and inventory management systems, taking autonomous action across the full supply chain workflow. Agents process sales orders end-to-end from inbox to fulfilment confirmation, forecast demand in real time, trigger replenishment automatically, and give brands live visibility into financial performance and logistics — without requiring human intervention for each step. Early customers report profit improvements of up to 40% through reduced wastage and better margin management.

Corvera raised £1.5 million in pre-seed funding in January 2026, led by Firstminute Capital, with participation from Y Combinator — following the company's acceptance into YC's Winter 2026 cohort from over 30,000 applicants. Angel investors included the co-founders of Deel and Runna. Within weeks of going commercially live, the company reported £180,000 in annualised recurring revenue.
