Corvera

Corvera is an AI-native operating system for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, automating the back-office and supply chain workflows that scale linearly with headcount as a brand grows. Founded in 2025 by Christopher Kong, Dirk Breeuwer and Matthew Collins, the company sits on top of existing ERP and operational tools, deploying autonomous AI agents to execute end-to-end workflows like order processing, fulfilment coordination, invoicing, demand forecasting and logistics tracking.
The platform addresses a structural problem in the CPG sector: as order volumes rise, founders and operations teams spend a disproportionate share of their time on repetitive, low-leverage tasks across spreadsheets, emails, retailer portals and ERPs. Corvera's agents take autonomous action across the full operational stack — from inbox to fulfilment confirmation — while giving brands real-time visibility into financial performance, cash flow and logistics. Early customers report profit improvements of up to 40%.
The company was accepted into Y Combinator's Winter 2026 cohort from over 30,000 applicants. After a $2M pre-seed in January 2026 led by Firstminute Capital, Corvera raised a $4.2M (£3M) seed round in May 2026 led by 6 Degrees Capital, with participation from over 20 venture and angel investors. Within four weeks of going commercially live, the company had reached $33,000 in monthly recurring revenue and was serving more than a dozen brands.
