Humble AI
.avif)
Humble AI is an AI assistant for work, designed to help small and mid-sized B2B teams automate the repetitive operational tasks that pile up around sales, customer support and back-office processes. The company's product targets specific high-friction workflows — RFP generation, infosec questionnaire responses, lead enrichment and CRM hygiene — and operates from inside the tools customers already use, rather than asking teams to migrate to a new platform.
The company was co-founded in 2022 by Mahdi Shariff and Niluka Satharasinghe, who first met through Entrepreneur First more than a decade earlier. Humble's thesis is that the productivity benefits of generative AI have so far accrued mostly to large enterprises with the budgets to commission custom development, and that the next wave of value will come from making the same capabilities accessible to teams without dedicated AI engineering resources.
Humble is based between London and Cambridge and has raised seed funding from investors including Frontline Ventures, Cur8 Capital and Kapor Capital. The company has also been selected for Google's accelerator programme. Its early customers skew toward B2B sales-led teams where the time saved on RFPs, infosec reviews and pipeline data work translates directly into revenue capacity.
