Huzzle is a London-based early careers platform that connects university students with graduate jobs, internships, and work experience opportunities through a purpose-built aggregation and discovery tool. Founded in 2020 by Parham Rakhshanfar, Amit Choudhary, and Ingmar Klein, the company was built around a simple observation: the existing job market infrastructure is poorly designed for students, who face fundamentally different constraints to experienced professionals in their search for early-career opportunities.
The platform addresses the significant information asymmetry in the graduate job market, where students — particularly those outside well-resourced universities with strong employer relationships — struggle to find and navigate opportunities that exist but are hard to discover. Huzzle aggregates entry-level listings and filters them by university, course, graduation year, and application deadline, enabling students to manage multi-application graduate hiring processes in a single organised interface.
Beyond job listings, Huzzle integrates with over 1,000 pre-professional student societies, enabling employers to co-host events and run personalised outreach campaigns to targeted student cohorts. Over 100,000 students across UK universities use the platform. Investors include 10x Founders, 10x Group, and GEX VC.
In 2024, Huzzle raised £1.4 million from 10x Founders and business angels to scale its employer coverage, expand university partnerships, and develop its AI-powered career matching capabilities — furthering its mission to fix the early career journey for students across the UK and beyond.
