Parham Rakhshanfar

Parham Rakhshanfar is the co-founder and COO of Huzzle, a London-based early careers platform that connects university students with graduate jobs, internships, and work experience opportunities. Of Iranian heritage and based in London, Rakhshanfar studied Information Management for Business at University College London (UCL), graduating with a First Class Honours degree that combined business management and information technology — a grounding that directly informs his operational leadership at Huzzle.
Rakhshanfar's entrepreneurial instincts surfaced early during his time at UCL, where he served as Partnerships Director at UCL Entrepreneurs and was a steering committee member of the London Startup Fair. He subsequently worked in business development at SceneBox, an autonomous driving data platform that was later acquired by Applied Intuition, before moving into investment analysis at Capital Pilot. These early roles gave him exposure to the venture-backed startup ecosystem and sharpened his focus on how technology could be applied to solve structural market problems.
In November 2020, Rakhshanfar co-founded Huzzle alongside Amit Choudhary and Ingmar Klein, identifying the significant information asymmetry between students seeking early-career opportunities and employers seeking graduate talent. As COO, he has been responsible for community, product growth, and strategic partnerships — building Huzzle's network to over 1,000 pre-professional student societies and more than 100,000 student users across UK universities. He is also a Fellow of the Sigma Squared Society, recognising him as one of Europe's most promising young entrepreneurs under 26.
In 2024, Huzzle raised £1.4 million from 10x Founders and business angels to develop its platform and expand employer and university coverage. Rakhshanfar continues to drive the company's mission to fix the early career journey — helping students find purpose and fulfilment in their careers, regardless of the university they attend or the networks they were born into.
