Kaizan is an AI platform for enterprise client-service teams. The product unifies emails, calls, meetings and account data into a single view of client health, giving account managers and customer-success teams a clearer read on which relationships are at risk and which are ready to grow.
On top of that data layer sit AI agents that flag dissatisfaction, recommend next actions and surface upsell opportunities. Published case studies suggest the platform can save account managers more than five hours a week and lift average revenue per client by over 20%. The system handles communications in more than 30 languages and is deployed across the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
Founded in 2021 by Glen Calvert (CEO) and Pravin Paratey (CTO), Kaizan now has roughly 20 employees and has raised more than £3M to date. Customers include Gravity Global, Tradedoubler and The Gap Partnership, with capital from Pembroke VCT, Velocity Capital, Founders Factory, Charlotte Street Capital and a range of industry angels.
