Kriya (formerly MarketInvoice and MarketFinance) is a London-based B2B fintech platform that provides embedded payments, invoice finance, and working capital solutions to businesses across the UK and Europe. Founded in 2011 by Anil Stocker and co-founders, Kriya was built in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis to address the fundamental inaccessibility of business credit for SMEs — particularly those relying on invoice-based cash flows that traditional banks were slow or unwilling to fund.

Kriya's product suite includes PayLater (an embedded buy-now-pay-later solution for B2B transactions), Invoice Finance (allowing businesses to draw against outstanding invoices), and Working Capital loans. These are delivered via tight integrations into merchants' and platforms' existing systems, enabling real-time credit decisions and frictionless embedded access at the point of need. The company rebranded from MarketFinance to Kriya in 2022, taking its name from the Sanskrit word for 'completed action', reflecting the company's mission to keep business flowing. Integration partners have included Stripe, with Kriya's PayLater made available natively within Stripe's platform.

Kriya advanced over £4 billion in credit to growing businesses and processed more than £20 billion in B2B payments. It raised a £50 million debt funding facility and achieved recognition including Forbes 30 Under 30 for its founder. In October 2025, Kriya was acquired by Allica Bank, the UK's fastest-growing digital business bank, to combine fintech speed with bank-grade scale in next-generation working capital products.
