Leela Capital Regulatory Solutions

Leela Capital Regulatory Solutions (LCRS) is a London-based regulatory hosting firm that provides FCA-regulated permissions to emerging fund managers, venture capital and private equity teams, and corporate finance advisers. The service lets new managers operate under LCRS's regulatory umbrella while they build out and launch their own funds, removing the months of authorisation work that would otherwise come before a first deal.

The firm supports clients from inception through early deal-making, fund launch, and ongoing operation, and works alongside its sister business Leela Capital, an advisory and search-fund firm founded by the same team in 2015. Together the two firms have advised on more than thirty early-stage investments and helped clients raise upwards of £500m.

LCRS was founded in 2023 by Jay Dias, who began his career in insolvency at PwC and later served as CFO and Operations Director at Love Home Swap and Head of Sales Operations EMEA & APAC at Rackspace. The business operates through trusted networks and referrals rather than open marketing.
