Jay Dias is the founder and CEO of Leela Capital Regulatory Solutions, a London-based regulatory hosting firm for emerging fund managers and corporate financiers, which he started in 2023. He also founded Leela Capital, the advisory and search-fund business he set up in 2015, and serves as Managing Partner.

Across both firms Dias has advised on more than 30 early-stage investments and helped raise over £500m for startups and funds.
