Lette builds AI agents for institutional residential landlords across build-to-rent, private rented, student and single-family housing. Since the Renters' Rights Act took effect in England, most tenants can leave on two months' notice, so operators have to keep residents every month rather than once a year at renewal. Most teams still run that work from shared inboxes, spreadsheets and disconnected point tools.
The agents handle leasing from first enquiry to signed lease, answer residents at any hour and in any language over Lette's own app, email, WhatsApp, SMS and voice, manage repairs from the first report to the finished job and flag missed rent before arrears build. The platform sits on top of property management systems such as Yardi and MRI and writes every change back to them, so operators keep their system of record and can go live in weeks with nothing to migrate.
Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, both early members of restaurant software company Nory, founded Lette in Dublin in March 2025; it now also has an office in London. The company says its agents cover more than 30,000 units, resolve over 60% of support and maintenance requests automatically and have cut the time to lease a home from two weeks to under four days. Customers include JLL. Lette raised a $1.4M pre-seed round led by Pitchdrive in 2025 and a £5M seed round led by Peak in October 2026.
