Mohan Sai is the co-founder and chief executive of Lette, an AI operating system for institutional residential rental operators in the UK and Ireland.
Before Lette, Sai was a founding member of Nory, the AI restaurant management platform started by Conor Sheridan, where he worked on product and engineering for AI-driven automation. Nory went on to raise a $37M Series B led by Kinnevik in 2025.
He started Lette in Dublin in March 2025 with fellow Nory alumnus Jakub Rajek. The company raised a $1.4M pre-seed round led by Pitchdrive later that year and a £5M seed round led by Peak in October 2026. Its agents now cover more than 30,000 rental homes, with customers including JLL, and the team has grown sixfold in a year.
