Metaview is a London-based AI recruiting platform that turns hiring conversations into structured intelligence, helping talent teams make faster, more consistent, and more data-driven decisions from sourcing through to offer. Founded in 2018 by Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, the company was built on the observation that hiring remains one of the most consequential yet least data-informed functions in any organisation.

The problem Metaview addresses is fundamental: despite huge investment in applicant tracking systems, the actual substance of a hiring process — what was said in interviews, what drove decisions, which interviewers were most predictive — is largely invisible. Information is scattered across notes, scorecards, and memory, making it nearly impossible for companies to learn systematically from their own hiring history. Metaview was built to close this gap.

The platform offers a suite of AI hiring agents: AI Notetaker captures and transcribes interviews with recruitment-specific precision, including technical language and structured scorecard mapping; AI Reports surfaces insights and summaries from conversations; AI Job Posts generates and maintains job descriptions; and AI Sourcing scans candidate databases against a company’s specific intake criteria and hiring history to surface matched talent automatically. At its core, Metaview is building a compounding intelligence layer — the more a company uses it, the more it learns what ‘great hire’ looks like for them specifically.

The platform is used by over 4,000 organisations globally, including in financial services, enterprise technology, and consumer internet. Customers include DLA Piper, Catawiki, and Cleo. In June 2025, Metaview raised a £25 million Series B led by GV (Google Ventures), with Plural, Vertex Ventures, Seedcamp, and others also participating — bringing total funding to approximately £30 million.
