Plumm

Plumm is a workplace mental wellbeing and HR-tech platform that gives employers a single point of access to therapists, coaches and people-management tools. The product combines one-to-one therapy and coaching with workshops, courses, guided meditations and an AI-powered HR assistant, EMMA, which helps managers and HR teams handle day-to-day people questions.

The platform connects employees to a global network of more than 150 accredited therapists and specialised coaches across more than 40 languages, with care delivered through video sessions and chat. Employers get an admin layer with engagement analytics and reporting, alongside the HR workflow tools that have become a growing part of the product.

Founded in 2018 by Asim Amin (originally as Healingclouds), Plumm pivoted from B2C to B2B during the pandemic and now works with corporate clients including Aldi, DHL and Ubisoft, with offices in London, Dubai and New York. The company raised £2.2 million in 2023 and has expanded its product from pure mental wellbeing into a broader people-platform aimed at HR teams.
