RocketPhone is a London-based AI-native voice intelligence platform built exclusively for Salesforce. Founded by Muj Choudhury and Sam Gillingham, the company addresses a fundamental blind spot in enterprise sales and service operations: that phone conversations — the medium in which the most consequential customer interactions occur — are almost never captured, analysed or acted upon in real time. RocketPhone's platform analyses both the transcribed content and the audio waveform of conversations simultaneously, enabling a depth of insight that post-call transcription tools cannot replicate.

The company's product suite includes an AI-native CTI (computer telephony integration) that automatically records, transcribes, summarises and logs every call directly into Salesforce, detecting buying signals, compliance risks and coaching opportunities as they happen. In 2024, Omeda launched RocketCell — the world's first business mobile network integrated natively with Salesforce — extending the same real-time intelligence to mobile calls made by field sales and service teams outside the office. A forthcoming video analysis tool will bring the same capabilities to Zoom and Microsoft Teams, including analysis of facial expressions and on-screen content.

In January 2025, RocketPhone raised $10.5 million through a community crowdfunding model it called the 'Ohana round', opening investment to the Salesforce ecosystem's broad community of practitioners rather than exclusively to institutional VCs. The company appointed Professor Michael Wooldridge, Ashall Professor of Foundations of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford, to its advisory board as Chief Science Officer. Customers span financial services, automotive, professional services and commercial property.
