Muj Choudhury is a British-Bangladeshi entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of RocketPhone, the London-based AI-native voice intelligence platform built for Salesforce. With over a decade of hands-on experience at Salesforce — where he served as a Director — as well as earlier roles at Siebel and Oracle, Muj developed a unique fluency in enterprise telephony, CRM integration and the gap between how sales teams communicate and how that activity gets recorded and acted upon.

After identifying a persistent blind spot in enterprise voice — that phone conversations generate critical signals that almost never make it back into CRM systems accurately or in real time — Muj co-founded RocketPhone alongside Sam Gillingham, a connection forged through the University of Southampton's Future Worlds startup accelerator. RocketPhone's platform analyses sales and service conversations in real time, detecting buying signals, compliance risks and coaching opportunities as they happen, and automatically logging actions in Salesforce without manual entry.

In January 2025, RocketPhone raised $10.5 million — largely through a community-driven crowdfunding model it called the 'Ohana round', deliberately democratising access to startup investment beyond traditional VC cycles. The company has since launched RocketCell, the world's first business mobile network integrated natively with Salesforce, and appointed Professor Michael Wooldridge, Ashall Professor of AI at the University of Oxford, to its advisory board as Chief Science Officer.
