Tano is a London-based AI-native influencer marketing agency that runs creator and affiliate campaigns end to end for direct-to-consumer brands. The company is building software that replaces the manual, agency-driven model of influencer marketing — sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content launch and reporting — with a system of AI agents that operate inside a brand's marketing stack.

The product centres on agentic workflows rather than one-off model calls: campaigns are framed as long-running state machines where agents track context, decide the next action, execute it, observe the outcome and continue until content goes live. Brands interface with the system through a dashboard and Slack integration, with a human-in-the-loop pattern that keeps strategic decisions and relationship-building with creators on the brand side while routine execution is automated. The platform supports both gifting/affiliate programmes and paid creative, with a one-click feature for converting high-performing creator content into paid ads.

Tano was founded in 2025 by CEO Will Caplan and CTO Sagar Shah, and raised an inception round led by Seedcamp with participation from The Players Fund and Operators & Friends. The company has reported 70% month-on-month growth and works with FMCG and DTC brands including Bloom & Wild, Skin+Me, Wild, IM8, Lovable and Bolt.new. A reported case study with Bloom & Wild cited 360+ creators activated, a 125% lift in CTR on creator-led ads and a 13% uplift in ROAS over a ten-month period.
