Sagar Shah

Sagar Shah is the co-founder and CTO of Tano, a London-based AI-native influencer marketing agency. Before Tano, he held engineering roles at Holly (hollyhires.ai), Let's Do This and Accenture, and worked on Project SunrIde during his earlier career.
His path through both startup and enterprise environments shaped a focus on building agentic systems that can handle complex, stateful workflows in production rather than the prompt-and-response patterns most teams stop at. That thinking sits at the core of how Tano's product is engineered.
At Tano, Sagar leads the technical org behind a platform that runs influencer-marketing campaigns end to end for DTC and FMCG brands. The company launched in 2025, raised an inception round led by Seedcamp alongside The Players Fund and Operators & Friends, and now works with brands including Bloom & Wild, Skin+Me, Wild, IM8, Lovable and Bolt.new.
