Wexler.ai is a London-based legal technology company building what it calls a Fact Intelligence Platform — an AI system that reads thousands of documents in complex legal disputes, extracts and verifies the relevant facts, and organises them into structured, sourced chronologies that legal teams can act on. The company was founded in 2023 by Gregory Mostyn and Kush Madlani through the Entrepreneur First LD19 cohort.
The core problem Wexler addresses is one of the most time-consuming and expensive tasks in high-stakes litigation: documentary review and fact extraction. In complex commercial disputes, arbitrations, and investigations, legal teams must manually review hundreds or thousands of documents — emails, contracts, HR records, financial statements — to extract the facts relevant to each contested point. This process is slow, expensive, and introduces the risk of human error and inconsistency. Wexler's platform automates this using a pipeline of large language models that identify facts, verify them against source documents, and flag contradictions, gaps, and key evidence.
Unlike general-purpose AI tools or conventional eDiscovery platforms that merely organise documents for manual review, Wexler is purpose-built for the fact-finding requirements of dispute resolution. Its flagship KiM agent can draft correspondence, generate court applications, and extract data from vast document sets — producing verified, cite-able outputs that meet the accuracy standards required in legal proceedings. The company has been deployed at Clifford Chance, Burges Salmon, Addleshaw Goddard, and HSF Kramer.
Wexler has processed over one million queries since its commercial launch in April 2024, achieved 2x month-on-month growth, and more than tripled ARR. The company raised £1.1 million from Entrepreneur First and Myriad Venture Partners, followed by a $5.3 million seed round in September 2025 led by Pear VC.
