Abhik Ghosh is a British-Indian entrepreneur and e-commerce executive whose decade-long career in global marketplaces and supply chain laid the foundation for a company he would build at the intersection of craft manufacturing and cross-border retail. Raised with a deep familiarity with Indian craftsmanship and global market dynamics, Ghosh spent years in senior leadership roles at Wayfair, one of the world's largest online home and furniture marketplaces, where he developed hands-on expertise in category management, supplier relationships, and the operational realities of large-scale e-commerce.

His time at Wayfair gave him a front-row view of a persistent gap in the global home décor market: independent retailers — the shops, interior designers, and wholesalers who collectively represent over 70% of the $800 billion global home and living sector — were effectively shut out of the same supply chain tools, pricing terms, and product access that large-volume buyers took for granted. Indian and Vietnamese manufacturing SMEs, meanwhile, lacked a reliable, data-driven route to global demand beyond informal trading relationships. Ghosh identified this structural mismatch as the founding opportunity for Trampoline.

In December 2023, he co-founded Trampoline alongside Anushka Mahanti and Varun Deo, bringing their combined 40-plus years of e-commerce and supply chain experience to build a vertically integrated B2B home décor platform co-headquartered in London and Gurgaon. As CEO, Ghosh has overseen the company's UK launch in February 2024, the growth of its product catalogue to over 1,000 curated SKUs across 25-plus categories, and the build-out of a factory network spanning India and Vietnam. He has championed a tech-enabled approach to quality control, curation, and supply chain management that gives independent retailers the same operational toolkit previously available only to major retail chains.

In June 2024, Ghosh led Trampoline through a $5 million seed round co-led by Matrix Partners India and WaterBridge Ventures, with $2 million in additional venture debt from Alteria Capital — a milestone that validated the team's thesis and provided the capital to scale. The round attracted backing from investors who described the founding team's multi-decade experience as a defining competitive advantage in a sector long dominated by opaque intermediaries.
